Friday? Really?
Where the heck did the week go?
It’s only 8:30 am and I’ve been up for a few hours. My maid, nanny, sexy man-servant who resembles that totally hot blond guy on American Idol, window washer, chef, chauffeur, dog groomer, decorator, blog writer and personal shopper all decided not to show up today.
So I’m on my own.
I’ve already broken up a bloody violent fight between my kids over a pink toy cash register, pried an entire baguette out of Mango’s mouth, walked one kid to school, changed a poop filled Pull Up, kicked the cat (accidentally) re washed laundry that’s been sitting in the washer for two days, fed the monkey, drank three cups of coffee, polished the gold toilets, perused Twitter, took a shower, organized my all black wardrobe, watched the entire Fellini film collection, put cream on my nasty rash, baked a fish, bet on a couple of horses, and cleaned out the fridge.
I’m tired and need a nap.
Saturday and Sunday should be just as exciting. What are your plans for the weekend?

I have to do the same thing with laundry tomorrow. I am pissed its Friday already and happy and becoming Sybill. I think I might let the evil borderline personality out soon.

I have because I’m lazy. Blech.
Let’s see: Start with a trip to whole foods on the way home for guacamole and chips, then a stop at the liquor store for the vino, then pick up littleb (can’t forget him), quick stop at BK for the friday night ritual take-out shakes,and then, other than that, just about the same as you, particularly the re-washing of the laundry. That is my favorite. And minus the golden toilets. Mine are just the regular kind but I’d love to see yours sometime. Have a great nap and weekend!

I just dump it out on the dining room table and we sift through it throughout the week.
Sit here and alternately sulk and then grin because my toilets aren’t gold but my kids no longer poop in pull-ups. I am fairly certain this brings a somewhat balanced shit level to our lives. Yes?
